Books
Reading is a very helpful tool in your healing process. By reading you can reinforce new learnings daily. Here I pick some of my favorite books that I have found both helpful in my own life and for clients. I have carefully selected books that are fairly simple reads. You may find that many of these books are short and simple enough that you may want to read them more than once. As I continue to read and find books that I find helpful I will add them to this site. Click on the title of the book for more details at Barnes & Noble. Enjoy.

Below are some of my favorite visual meditation videos from YouTube.com.  If you're feeling stressed, you can put on your headphones and watch these from either work or home.  So, shut your door, turn off your cell phone and take a few minutes for yourself.  I have included both longer and shorter videos.  If you have a video iPod, you can also download these and put them on your device.  Just do a search on google.com and you can learn how to do it.  Now, take a deep breath, relax and enjoy.
